Board Certified Family Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner

Ashley Dix is a family psychiatric nurse practitioner and joined our practice in fall of 2014.  She is a Missouri native, growing up near St. Louis and graduating from the University of Missouri. She completed her nurse practitioner degree and psychiatric training at University of Texas at Arlington and has lived and worked in the Dallas area since early 2010. Her specialties include treating depression, anxiety, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, bipolar disorder and other common mental health problems in both children and adults. In addition to clinical duties, she enjoys participating in and conducting psychiatric research. She holds memberships with both the Sigma Theta Tau honor society and American Association of Nurse Practitioners.
